Flavor Profile
Sweet and lightly briny. Meat is firm and plump, almost overflowing the cup which means there isn't a lot of liquor in appearance, but the meats are juicy to the bite.

Growout method
Sunseekers are started in high density, smaller mesh "seed" bags in the Okeover Arm of the Desolation Sound, and then are moved into low density, larger mesh "finishing" bags in the Baynes Sound of British Columbia.

    The cold deep fjords of the Desolation Sound provide a protective area for seed to to form their hard shell base and deep cups. The mix of fresh water coming from the many glacial topped mountains surrounding the Sound also attributes sweetness to their overall flavor
