The oysters grown on our farm have a distinctive low salinity with a deep, round cup and a well-formed hinge. Their meats have lots of fat making them abundantly plump which compliments their lingering cucumber finish perfectly.

Growout method
We use a flip-bag system on intertidal beds. The oysters in our system are constantly being turned by wave and tidal action, which gives the oysters a very deep dish and a smooth hard shell.

    Skagit bay is an extremely nutrient rich body of water. The bay is fed by glacier melt rivers along with direct ocean tidal exchange coming from Deception Pass. Skagit Bay is one of the cleanest bays in the state of Washington.
