the Grower

We began farming in Alaska in 2007 after moving from Maine where we produced Georges River Oysters. We were drawn to Alaska for its beauty, adventure, and challenge. That is definitely what we got raising oysters, mussels, and children in remote Alaska. We love farming here. With 30' tides, abundance of wildlife, and numerous challenges, there is a lot of excitement and pride bringing our shellfish to the table. There is nothing better than growing shellfish as a family, straight out of Alaskan waters, surrounded by glaciers, forest, and mountains.
