2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/4 cup Dried Costaria Kelp, ground down into flakes
24 Oysters, rinsed and shucked
In a small sauce pan, combine Worcestershire, balsamic, butter, and Tabasco over medium heat. Stir until combined. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Preheat broiler. Arrange oysters in muffin tin, topping each with a spoonful of sauce and a big pinch of kelp. Broil for about 2-3 minutes. Until bubbling and fragrant.
