Jess Maschal is our sales manager here at Pangea

Jess is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico and has been with Pangea for 5 years.

To Jess, choosing a favorite oyster is like trying to pick a favorite movie. "I can’t name just one!  My favorite oyster changes with the seasons and what I am in the mood for.  If I am feeling playful, I might pick some East Beach Blondes.  When I feel a bit more serious, I would lean into some Onsets.  When I am in the need of a timeless classic, I would pick Standish Shore."

Outside of work, Jess enjoys all things food culture, travelling and experiencing the local delicacies and oddities, knocking the golf ball around, and video games.
