Happy Monday and Happy Veteran's Day!  Saluting all the brave folks that served and are serving our country, thank you!

This week, the Washburn Islands are still strong and lookin' good...

We've done multiple shuckings, and every time, they come out beautiful and meaty. This Falmouth, MA oyster is 3.5" and has a salty, creamy flavor - also Dan Light's Pick of November. If the picture doesn't say it all, then the taste will.
