Clark's Island Oyster
Grown just to the south of Duxbury Bay, Clark's Island is made up of a sandy bottom with fast moving currents. The conditions differ enough here that oysters can't be grown on the bottom as they are just a couple miles to the north in Duxbury.

Crisp brine with a light butter and kelp finish.
6mm seed is first placed in growout bags, tumbled, and then moved to trays for final growout.
- Tides:White Flat, Plymouth Bay; 11 to 12-foot tides from Cape Cod Bay.
- Bottom:Mud, sand, and silt.
