Midneck Clams - 1.75 to 2.25 inches

We special grade this hardshell for certain markets. These are "littlenecks" that are on the larger end of the spectrum. These are perfect for eating raw when your consumers really like clams, giving them something to chew on! These are also the perfect grade for casino. This size is popularly used in the Cleveland clambake markets.
